We have a new form that won't accept submissions. It just sits after hitting submit. See the attached document with a picture of the issue.

Hi @AeroIT,
I have made a test submission on your form however, I wasn't able to replicate the issue.
Could you please share a screenshot of the browser logs so we could check further? Please refer to this guide on how to view console logs: https://kb.mailster.co/how-can-i-open-the-browsers-console/.
Also, I have tried clearing your form caches in hopes that it would resolve the issue you encountered in your end.
