    Hi:

I have several forms that bring in products from Stripe.

The problem is that when I bring in only one product, it appears as a radio button item, but the radio button is not selected. If the user doesn't select it - the multi-part form will not move on to the next page and the error message isn't visible.

So the user isn't told what the error is but the form will not succeed.

How can I make that item selected by default instead of not-selected by default?

I have checked your form and it seems you have used Stripe subscription however, you have Fetched the subscription in Stripe and there is no option to set the field to be selected.

You may try changing your Form warnings to indicate the user that they need to select the product.

    Hope this information helps.

Okay thanks. The problem that I'm seeing with this is that the error message appears and disappears really fast - it does not stay up so the user can read it.

Also: the page buttons do not highlight properly on my multi-part form.

Please see this video of the problem:

Thank you for sharing the video.

It seems you may have embedded the form into your web page

    accelerate.slipstreamadvisormarketing.com/ax-subscription-ssms.

If possible, can you please try using the iframe code in embedding the form?

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Hopefully this will fix the issue with the Form warnings not showing correctly.

Let us know how it goes.

I am using Unbounce. I don't know how to put an iframe into Unbounce.

I followed the instructions at https://www.jotform.com/help/310-How-to-Embed-a-Form-to-an-Unbounce-Landing-Page but that is the solution I already have and it just gives me the same disappearing error message problem.

If there's an iframe integration for Unbounce and instructions for how to use it, please advise.

And BTW I did try using the iframe code but Unbounce barfed on it saying the HTML was invalid.

Okay - I just now got the iframe code to work in Unbounce - but the disappearing message error is still there.

    Please advise.

We apologize, the issue also happens in the forms direct link, not only in your site:

I cloned the form, but the issue did not reproduce in the clone version:

Could you please try cloning your form? https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-Your-Account

If works correctly in the clone version, you may use it instead. Let us know if you need more help.

    Hi Philip,

I just cloned the form and was able to replicate the issue on my end. I was able to resolve it by setting the product to Default. In that way, the radio button is automatically selected on form load.

However, this option seems not applicable if you're fetching the subscriptions from your Stripe account.

Let me elevate this thread to our second level so they could take a closer look at this issue. Rest assured that we'll let you know on this thread as soon as it gets fixed.

    Apologies for this inconvenience.

Thanks for staying on this problem.
It does seem like it's something that should be able to be fixed related to
    bring things in from Stripe...
