Allocated quota question

    Hello! I am getting a notification that my form has reached its allocated quota, but it is rarely used and I am not sure how it is over the limit. Can you please assist? Thank you.

    It seems the issue is with the form cache. I have cleared the form cache now and your form is displaying fine. Please consider clearing the form cache if you ever face this issue.
