    My name is Miranda Patton I work for a non-profit called LEEF which is a customer of yours. I have never had any trouble building forms for events the non-profit hosts but in the last few days we've had people calling about how the form wasnt letting them pay for the event they were wanting to attend. I already called square they said on their end everything looks fine, so they suggested I contact you. 

    On the screen when someone presses the submit button a window pops up saying "square payment error access token is missing please contact form manager" and then when I go into building the form it says its not conncected when a week ago it was. So I clicked connect, logged into square to approve the connection but then it doesnt go farther than saying "connecting please wait" 

    If someone could please help that would be greatly appreciated as my job is relying on this.
