Hi,
I had a ticket open but no longer have access to open the thread.

The issue is occurs on our wifi network only and prompts - after pressing submit - the user to fill out a captcha. We would love for this issue to be fixed before the weekend as we will have a few thousand users filling out this form on our wifi network.

Additionally the issue happens on another form we created through jotform, so I do not believe the issue is with the form but our isp / ip-address communicating with the jotform servers.

The bug ticket report was already assigned to one of the backend team and still being investigated.
You will be notified via that thread for any updates on the status.
I also suggest checking our guide : Whitelisting JotForm IP Addresses and Domains
Try add the JotForm IPs listed on your server whitelist. Perhaps it will help resolve the issue already.
