I noticed that in the video when she clicked save it asked for the email to send it to. That was not the case when I pressed save. I have an email that the message need to go to. How do I set it up?

Please follow this visual guide:
Once you have set the destination address. Simply make a submission on the form. Do not use the "Test E-mail" button on the wizard! That button will only send test e-mails to the address associated to your JotForm account. To test a different address, you must submit an actual entry on your form.
