Can I within the same form have two options for a potential customer to click and do different things, 1) I would like to have a Pay Pal option where a client can go ahead and pay a deposit or) if they still have further questions, the client can click on another options which says, "Please Call Me" and the form will be submitted to me without going to the Pay Pal page.

Sure you can!
Here is a sample of this:
I changed the Thank You msg, so that if they want to call, the Thank you page will give them the contact information.
I also set another condition that will only show the paypal field if they choose to pay with paypal. If they choose the Paypal option, it will hide the check box field.
Hope that helps!

I am sorry I guess I didn't explain myself good enough. The "please call me" link I meant for myself to contact the client and if the client selected that option then the form the client filled out would still be submitted to me with all the clients pertinent details.

Sure that is possible.
I added some fields to the form and changed the conditions:

Thanks for all your help! I have added a screen shot this time of what I am doing. In order to run the Paypal wizard; do I have to list a price for the contact option?

We did not receive the screen shot you mentioned. Perhaps you can use this tool in order to uplaod your images to the web and simply share the URL of the image with us.
As shown on the image bellow, the conatct option will only show a Check box field with the exact same options as the paypal.
