Hi guys, i can not figure our how to get the form info correct published to my monday sheet, it keeps changing my fields, nomatter how i name them...
If you see the screenshot, "company name" is marked as an orange "working on it" i dont understand why, and those grey fields, with "email" give no sense ether -
Any suggestions, or isnt it workin 100% yet somehow ?

I cloned your form 92722982644365 and integrated it with monday.com. The integration seems to be working fine as expected.
Could you please tell what's the field type you selected for Company Name and Postal/ZIP?
I would suggest you to re-integrate the form with Monday and see if that works? Also, select Text as a field type for the columns in Monday.com.
