Why am I not receiving payments and submissions ?

    I am not receiving all payments and submissions from guests. Why?

    Are you referring to this form: "92505605079156"? If yes, I can see that there a total of 8 submissions received for this form.

    There are no incomplete payments and all payment submissions have gone through successfully. Could you check if you have received the funds in your Square account?

    Now, regarding the emails, I can see that emails for all the submissions were triggered from our end.


    Please check if the emails are getting directed to your SPAM folder.
