Geo Stamp widget is not working correctly in an android app

When using the Geo stamp widget its does not pull up the location of any Android user. This only works with Iphone users. I have tested this several times and made sure location tracking was enabled on the users phone. I have included 2 images one of an Iphone submission the second of an Android submission. Any suggestions as to why this happens?

We have tested a cloned version of your form using an android device and it seems the geo stamp works correctly.

We have tested using android version 7 using the latest chrome browser.

May we know your android device,android version and the web browser?

I just tried this agin with a brand new Google pixle 3A and this still didn't work. We do not use a web browser This is running through our mobile app

To clarify, you have embedded the form into your mobile app and the geo stamp is not working in android devices?

If possible, can you please share to us your mobile app?

You may try embedding the form using the Iframe code.

Yes I have use a Jotform plug in to add it to my mobile app. It currently works for all Iphone users but the geo stamp does not record location on any Android users.

The geo stamp is under Caregiver Login. But you will need to be given a user tag to access this sector

It seems the geo stamp widget works correctly in your form when using the stand alone version.

The issue seems to be when you embed the form into your mobile app.

Can you please  use the script codes to embed the form?
