Is there a way to have the same form, open multiple times. So I have created a Request Form for new products. One is created filled and isn't complete yet, but someone might want to use this form to request another new product. As it's the same form, I need it to be open for each request/new stock code which I've set up as being unique. And I've tested the first form entry and submitted it, how do I close it off as complete? My form : https://form.jotform.co/malynakano/new-allograft-request-form

You could redirect to the same form when the Submit button is clicked. For this you can configure your Thank you page with the "Redirect to external link" option and enter your current form URL here.

So once the form is submitted, user is taken back to the same form to be filled again.

Apart from this you can set the Unique Submission option in the Form Settings to "No check" so that multiple submissions are allowed.
