Why are so many of my registrants getting hung up on the "submit-please wait..." action of my form???

    Help me.

    Registration has been open since last Friday. The form has failed no fewer than 50 times since then as folks try to register but just get hung up instead. Specifically, they hit submit, it says please wait forever, no one else can register while it says please wait for them...

    Our premium account holder at Northeastern Illinois University is Joshua Carter, he is not directly supervising this project however, I am.

    Registration closes on Monday, and while I've been able to go back and register these folks using the form after the fact, none of them can seem to do it themselves and really, the form is simple and shouldn't have this problem.

    Are you, in fact, experiencing intermittent outages? Are these failed registrations rectifiable in any way?

    I'm super frustrated by this.

    If you could CC my team on the reply our shared email is sacomm@neiu.edu

    Thanks for your help.

    @Jason Demma

    I am unable to replicate the issue. I did a test submission successfully and was redirected to thank you page.

    I agree that there were some issue earlier this week but it was resolved immediately and you should not have any issue.

    Request you to clear your browser cache before trying again. Let us know if you continue to have this issue and we will investigate further.

    I realize that its not easy to replicate the problem -- ALTHOUGH I just had the same thing happen on THIS PAGE. I hit "post answer" and it hung up on please wait forever.

    Are you being DDOSed or something? Is it just a bandwidth heavy week for you guys?

    I want to prevent the problem, I've been preaching about reloading the page, cache clearing and browser restarting since the problem started, but I want a technique that will prevent the problem from happening in the first place, or at least an explanation of what not to do.

    Hi Jason,

    Re-embedding the form should fixed that problem. Please use our iframe method: How to get your Form's Iframe Code.

    No! We don't have any problems or we are not DDOS'ed. We have just migrated some of our components to the most powerful servers.
