    Can a form that requires uploaded documents be done all at once or multiples at a time instead of onexone?

    I work for BLB Resources and we utilize a jotform platform for one of our monthly reports. One of our members wats ton know if jotform has the capability to upload multiple documents at one rather than one by one? Also, a few of our other members seem to be having trouble uploading documents alltogether...is there a known solution to this problem?

    Hi Amy,

    Yes, that's possible by activating the Multiple Upload Feature of the current single upload field. You have this already on the form provided.

    But note that the behaviour of the Multiple Upload Field varies on which browser is used. For instance, Internet Explorer will only allow you to select one file at the time but you can always add another. If IE is your current browser, unfortunately, that is how it works. You may consider using FF or Chrome.

    If they have another trouble uploading documents rather than the above mention, please let us know.

    Is Jotform working on a solution to be user friendly with all browsers? I am actually surprised to find out that it has the most difficulty with IE. Our proprietary software has the most issues with Chrome so we had to go back to IE.

    Hi there, 

    We continously work on making our platform as compatible as possible with all browsers, however, as you have pointed out, IE does somtime present issues (specially older versions).

    Perhaps, you can let us know specific issues that you experience (please use separate threads for separate issues/topics) and we'll be glad to look into a solution for you.

    When posting a question or looking for a solution, please include the URL of the form that is giving you the problem.
