Would like to change the mode of payment

Hello, we would like to change the mode of payment for our official account. please advise how we can do it.

I did check your account and found that you have active bronze yearly subscription plan which was paid through PayPal account. Unfortunately it is not possible to switch payment method form PayPal to any other payment method. The only possibility is to cancel your PayPal subscription, downgrade account to free and then you can upgrade your account again with desired payment method. 

Since your subscription was renewed on July 03, 2019, it will remain active until July 03, 2020. I would suggest you to please cancel and upgrade again just before the next subscription renewal date.
