Google sheets: I'm having integration issues

The form will change frequently. How can I change the header column every time the form changes? I'm making changes to the form but the changes are not reflected on the google sheet. Do I need to remove the integration and then put the integration back on? Please help

If you have not made any change to the already integrated Google sheets, then any change made to the form, will automatically reflect in the Google sheet too.

If that is not occurring, I would request you to reintegrate Google sheets which should take care of the issue.
