I am logged in, but notifier ask me for login ...
Browser and computer restarting was not resolve error

Click "Please Login" link and it will bring you to the domain to where should you go to connect and make the notifier working.

I'm sorry. I think we have an issue with My Account page, unable to access. This might be the reason why the Notifier isn't working. I am able to replicate the same now.
Thanks for reporting. I have now escalated this thread to our Level 2 Support/Developers. We'll let you know for updates.
