I tried to pay for my Premium Subscription this morning with our corporate card. I put in all the correct information including my name which is on the card. I received an email notification from Plimus that the transaction was rejected due to inconsistent information in my submission. I've now exchanged numerous emails with them and even offered for phone verification and have not had any true answers, just copy and paste text from their support process. I do not have a corporate Paypal account and do not feel like setting one up. You guys are leaving a lot of revenue on the table using a service like this that charges high fees and is losing you customers, because they reject transactions that are legitimate. I am all for caution to reduce charge backs, which we help our clients setup, but your use of Plimus is losing you money

PLEASE STOP USING PLIMUS FOR YOUR BUSINESS. THIS IS REALLY CRAZY WHEN I HAVE MY INFORMATION CORRECTLY AND PLIMUS KEEP REJECTING WITH EXPLANATION,

Thank you for submitting your order for JotForm Premium-Yearly Subscription using Plimus. Unfortunately we are unable to approve your order at this time because of the following:

    Inconsistent contact / billing information

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, if you feel you are receiving this message in error, or if you wish to submit relevant information to your case, please contact us at: sales@plimus.com, otherwise no further action is required.

Important: The credit card submitted will not be charged for this order.

    Regards,
    Plimus Sales

    Hi,

Sorry for any inconvinience caused by this. And thank you for your suggestion/feedback about how it is.

The more easier way to upgrade your account to paid plans(i.e. Premium subscription)  is, if you have an existing jotform account already. -- as you can just hit the upgrade button when you're logged in to JotForm and you will have another payment gateway option which is Fastspring.

May I suggest you register for an account first here www.jotform.com using your email account. Then, login and upgrade to paid plans.

    Thanks.
