Password reset email is not sending to my email

i want to reset my account password i'm not get any email for reset please how i can reset my email password, email "webmaster@saudidiesel.com.sa"

I checked our mail logs and found that the reset password instruction email was sent to that email. If you're not receiving email from Jotform, please whitelist jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
