I changed the email address of the account and I lost all forms after

    Hello,

    I received a notice that I needed to update the account email address. It was associated with an employee who no longer works for us. When I changed the email address to mine, I lost all my forms. I can't seem to find them anywhere.

    You are currently logged in to the account cking88. This account is a sub-user of the main account lhartmann (lha*****@optimumhit.com). Since the primary control of the sub-user feature is the email address, you've lost access to the forms since it was tied to the previous email. 

    To fix this, you would need to ask the main account holder to re-share the forms to your new email address that's currently in the account.
