WordPress Embedded Form - How do I allow the credit card information to be filled out?

Hi there, I'm having some problems with the JotForm on this website: https://eachonetellone.org/events/beyond-the-ribbon/

It won't allow people to fill in the credit card number, only their name. What can I do to change this?

Upon checking the link you have provided it looks like there is a error causing for your applicants to not be able to enter their Card Number, can you kindly reembed your form to your website and test once again.

Please let us know if you are unable to enter the information.

Are you embedding your form by using the iFrame code? If not can you do so and try once again:

Thanks @ZuriTapia! That worked. One last question: our mobile-friendly option for this same page isn't usable because the poll sheet extends into the webpage. It seems as if the mobile-friendly version didn't quite translate over, as it looks really messy and doesn't fit on the page correctly. Any tips?

The issue appears to be caused by the used embedding method.

If you use WordPress 5, please try the 'Add Custom HTML' option.

Paste the form iFrame code to the HTML area.

This should fix the issue with the non-clickable inputs.

Then, if you notice any issues with the mobile form, let us know.

Still not working.

I have checked your web page https://eachonetellone.org/events/beyond-the-ribbon/ and it seems the form is working correctly.

It seems to be mobile responsive also.

May we know if the issue still remains?
