How can i jump to certain page ?

I have implemented the following option

Payment option:

1. Credit card

2. Bank transfer

If Credit card is choosen , jump to Page 2, else if Bank transfer is choosen jump to Page 3.

And page 4 is the final submission Page.

So if the user chose credit card optopm, he will arrive in Page 2, and how can I direct the user to straightaway to Page 4 from Page 2, because if he click Next Page in Page 2, he will still arrive at Page 3 which is the Bank transfer page. Any method to program where the Next button will go ?

It seems the form is working as expected. When I select Credit Card as a payment method, the form directly jumped to the 4th page after filling the credit card info. And when I select Bank Transfer, I am not able to see the credit card info page.

I have make used of the hide the page to do it.
