Mobile App: form is not working in offline mode.

    I got this app in order to record visitors to a real estate open house.  We tested it at home by turning off WiFi and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.  When I actually took it to an open house, I was able to open the kiosk and type in the information but when I submitted, it tried to find internet again and refused to work.  Unless this works consistently, it is useless to me.  

    I am working off an iPad Pro newest edition if that helps.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I assume that the form in question is the following: 

    Could you please double check if the form is actually enabled to work in offline mode?

    1) Click on the gear icon:


    2) Then go to Offline Forms:


    3) Finally, check the form:


    If the form is checked to work in Offline mode, and the issue persists, please confirm, and we will send this bug report to our back-end team.

    If you could share a screenshot of the issue, it will be helpful to add it to this report:

    Have you tried reinstalling the app and see if that will work as expected?
