Accessing file upload

Greetings,

I have a form with a file upload, and I would like to forward the excel sheet of submission to another person who will go and check through these files.

Unfortunately, when I sent him the Excel with the links of the submitted files from the forms, he encountered an error.

I realise that he must ve signed in with the same user name.

Is there any way around that?

I noticed on your account settings page, there is a privacy feature setup wherein login is required to access/view uploads or submission files. Uncheck these so the other person will have access to view the uploads on the submissions.
