Unable to submit the embedded Form

    Hi there


    My form is not working when I test it - I complete it and it says 'waiting'.....

    Could you please share the URL of the website where you have embedded the Form.

    May we know how have you embedded the Form on your website. You can use the iFrame code to embed the Form on the website.
