Hi, I am trying to build a pre-rder form which shows prices (as an FYI) but has no option to pay online however I can't preview the form to see if its working - it says the form is disabled. Can you please assist?

    Thank you,

I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended. Please note that we have automated anti-phishing filter which scans all forms.

I did check your forms and did not find any issue with that. I have gone ahead and activated your account again. I would suggest you to please delete the login text from your form if it is not required.

Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

Thank you for your help! I'm sorry I'm new to JotForm and am unsure where he login text is? I just wanted the name and phone number. Could you please also advise if I can have the quantity and option fields hide if the product field is un-ticked?

Thank you for your quick response!

I checked your form and there is no login field so your form is in good standing. Also, if you want to hide fields based on your user response, you can use conditional logic for that.

Thank you, yes I have tried conditional logic but it doesn't give me the option to select STATE: Is Filled for my menu items like it does in the video. From there in the Action section, it doesn't let me select the quantity or options boxes, only the entire field itself. Does this mean I have to re-build the entire form?

I'm new to JotForm and am unsure where he login text is?

I believe my colleague @ashwin must be referring to the Login in word in your form title [Imported Form] Login to your 123FormBuilder account.

You can just remove the Login word from your Title and Page Title. You can edit them in the Form Settings page.
