In this form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30790812779969?
How can I keep the the items in "My Products" from highlighting. Or can I change the color it highlights to? If you look at the form you will see that the default color is white and it highlights in black, but the background is black so you don't see it. Is there custom CSS that I can put in to fix this?

Injecting the following CSS will fix the problem:
Incidentally, you didn't ask but if you also want to change the background color of the error triggered when required fields are left unfilled, inject the following rule too:
Of course, you may change the color to suit your preference. Here's a nifty tool for that :)
If you need further assistance, we'd be glad to help.

Actually, you may want to add the declaration highlighted below to the second rule
It adjusts the color of the labels. (Again, change it to suit your preference.)
