Form Transfer

I am following up on a request I make months ago to transfer a form to another account.  Please let me know if this request was possible.  I never received an answer.

I am not able to find your earlier thread related to the form transfer request. Did you send this request to our email - support@jotform.com? 

However, please let us know the form details i.e. form URL or ID so that we could check in which account the form is currently available.
