Hi, I signed up yesterday to try JotForm for the first time. I created a password and successfully started work on a form. Today I tried to log in but no success, so I changed my password and signed in. The form I started yesterday was not listed and so I started over again.
I just saved what I had done, logged out. When I tried to log back in, the log in details did not work again.
I'm thinking of not bothering now as I am too frustrated to continue over again. Can you help retrieve my work and help me with a permanent log in, otherwise I will leave it and look for something else.

Upon checking your account, I don't see any issue with your account.
Please try password reset by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password.

Hi. I managed to log in, thank you. Not sure what went wrong before, but all is ok logging in now. However, one into my account, there is no sign of any previously started forms?
When I was working on it I did save (I think), but it is not very clear how to save and I am not sure why I cannot see or find the form I have already started.
If you can help, I’d be grateful.

Glad to know that you were able to log in to your account. In regards to the forms, probably they were created in a guest session. Do you have the links to the forms?

Apologies, but I guess I am going to have to start again. How do I create a form, not as a guest? I tried to start one yesterday after I had logged in and I still could not find that. I have tried to log in this morning and I cannot.
I am giving up and will try someone else.
