Sub user with view access can create form.

Criei um usuário e deleguei acesso somente a visualizar um formulário específico. porém o mesmo conseguiu criar um novo formulário, verifiquei que para ele aparece o botão de criar formulário. 

I can see that you have 58 sub-users. May I know which users has a view access, but can still create forms so we can check?

All users create has access of the only visualization.

 I created a user and delegated access only to view a specific form. but he was able to create a new form, I verified that for him appears the create form button. 

To understand it correctly, you have a particular user that could create a new form but his access is to "view submissions" only, may we have his username?

This user was able to create a form. I already took his access to this form he created. But it's not just him, I noticed that JotForm doesn't allow the create form button. This is a problem.
