Is it typical to include some language or symbol on the form or in surrounding copy indicating the secure payment status? My payments go through Square.

Our forms are secure by default, but you can show a security certificate seal on your form as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/131-Enabling-Security-Certificate-Seal-on-Secure-Forms

Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.

Thanks! That's exactly what I'm trying to do. I'm following the instructions and don't see an archive option on my images tab.

Is something not set correctly on my form?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our user guide is just not up to date. We will update it later.

Please click on My Images tab instead. You should see the secure certificate seal there.

Please let us know if you're still not able to make it work.
