Hi there
This link to pre-populate fields works:
But when you add ?session={email_W1} it stops pre-populating the fields.
Why is it doing this? Are the Save and Continue + Pre-populated fields incompatible to use in a single URL?

I see that the session parameter is added with ? operator. Since you are adding the parameter at the end of the URL along with the other parameters, it should be replaced with &. Please try using the following URL and let us know if it works.
https://form.jotformeu.com/92526320758359?email_W2={email_W1}&hereIs27={URLENCODE:typeA27}&preferredName_W2={yourPreferred_W1}&session={email_W1}
Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Okay - have changed this, thank you - it's still not working but now in very different ways. There seems to be a conflict between the email fields.
The other two fields are prepopulating fine but the email appears, then disappears again with the new link. It also starts messing in weird ways with other parts of the form (show / hide conditions)

I wasn't able to replicate it when I cloned your "W1.0 sign up to give paid support" form.
Do you have any plugin or password manager plugins that might autofill or replace the email field?
To further isolate the issue, please try the suggestions below and see if that helps.1). Clear your form cache and browser cache.2). Try using other browsers3). Try incognito mode (if using Chrome) or private browsing (if using Firefox).Let us know how it goes.
