I want to receive the completed form as an attachment only

Good morning. When my form, Dream App - Hospice, is completed, I would like to receive it as a .pdf attachment to an email only. I dont want the form in the body of the email too, just the attachment. What setting do i need to enable for this to happen?

You can delete the email template and leave it blank if you only want to attach the PDF.
