I made it so theres a Notification and a Notification 2 and I changed the recepient settings to her email but she isn't recieiving the forms. It's supposed ot be an application and both of us need to reiveiw the submissions but it's not sending to her.

Good day! Your configuration seems not right. Please kindly correct and make sure to set it like this;
After that, Test the form using the form direct URL if you'd like to see if the other recipient recieves that notification because "Test Email" button will only send notifications to your account email address.
