when our clients submit a jot form it gives them an error that says internal server error. but then the jot form still comes over sucessfully into my

    Hi @drambrose,

    I do apologize for the inconvenience your users are experiencing when trying to submit your form.

    I cloned your Form ID: 53257623160148 and did a test submission. I was able to duplicate the issue and received the internal error message. So I closer look at your form and saw that you had some conditions set up and noticed that one of them was showing an error. This seems to be the issue with your customers getting the Internal Server error message when they submit.

    I went ahead and removed just removed that one missing field and was able to submit and got redirected to the link.

    If you fix/update the missing field in your condition that will resolve the issue your customers are having.

    Please let us know if after fixing that condition you are still experiencing the issue.

    Hi, so I just submitted a test form again and it gave me the same error message. So it looks like what you corrected yesterday did no fix the problem. Any other ideas?

    My colleague has fixed the condition in his cloned Form. Please go ahead and fix the broken condition in the Form:

    Currently, I have disabled the condition in your Form. Please fix the condition and then enable it. Please give it a try and let us know if you are still experiencing any further issues.
