I'm doing this on an iPhone X with a form that's embedded on a website. I'm accessing the page through my Chrome browser
No matter where I tap, it won't select an option. See screenshot.

I see your form is embedded using the JS Embed script — Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page
And the issue you are experiencing with your form is probably caused by a conflict between scripts.
Can you try embedding your form using its Iframe Embed Codes instead, please?
I hope this helps. Otherwise, please feel free to let us know.

I tried the iframe code and it still won't let me select an option on the multi-select.

I could replicate the issue in the embedded version:
However, it works fine through the form's direct link:
Unfortunately, I could not find the cause of the issue. Could you please try embedding the Iframe code without the script part?

Let us know if that helps.

Glad to know that you were able to select now. I assume this is now resolved?
Feel free to let us know should you have any other questions.
