Unable to login because account is suspended.

    I reset my password successfully and my account keeps getting a notice saying failed attempts suspended acocunt. I really need to get in asap. Can you help me?

    Your account was suspended because the form "92663007940356" was flagged as offering fake service and marked as SCAM.

    Could you let us know the purpose of this form? Are you using this form to collect information from the general public?

    There is a logo used for CLNS Media Network. Are you affiliated with this network? If yes, we would also require you to change your email address to a corporate one.

    Please provide these proof to reviewers@jotform.com with the "Thread #1995486" as the email subject. We will review these and then revert.

    ...and I replied via email and am still not being helped. Can some one PLEASE help me so I can access that form? I workeed so hard on it and I have clients I look SO STUPID in front of.

    Unbelievable. Haha. Yes, i own the company. The header of the form indicates that it’s a consultation form and it’s clearly in regards to podcasting as 90% of the questions relate or mention the word PODCAST.
    My company email is nickg@clnsmedia.com. Please change the email and let me know what i do to log in.
    Not only do i look like an amateur to 2 new clients but i blew the last hour trying to figure this out.

    are u trying to correct the issue or prove me wrong? WTF? I am going to
    make sure i didn't pay anything for this service and will def leave a horrd
