Skip to a page condition logic is not working.

I cannot get the logic to work right.  I have logic that says if they answer this question that way, they should jump to another page, and it will NOT work.  I have spent so much time on this it is driving me crazy.

It is not skipping because you are using the Header field element. Please replace it with "Text" field. You can test the cloned version here https://form.jotform.com/92819114655967.

I wish I understood this.  It's frustrating when support people use their own jargon instead of realizing that most of us are not marinating in this particular program all day long. 

I would never have answered the question that way.  You need to remember what it was like to not know anything about your platform.  If you can't do that, you can't offer support. 

"You can test the cloned version here".  What does that mean? YOU cloned it? I cloned it? Why did you clone it? is it different than what was cloned? if it is cloned doesn't that mean it has the same problem? (see what I mean? I do NOT understand what this means)

I am staring at this form, and I don't know how to fix it.  I don't know what you did to fix yours, so I will just use your suggestion as some sort of "clue" in a treasure hunt and bang my head against the wall for 90 minutes instead of three hours.
