Hello, Cynthia. Have you checked your gmail inbox and spam folder if in case the email alerts landed there?

the email I used in my form is forwarded to my gmail.
After I posted about the issue (after searching and seeing that many had
the same issue) it suddenly started going through.
Hope it keeps working well as I may use jotform for my business if it
doesn't give me any issues or concerns.
