The locations are wrong

    Hi JotForm,

    I just experience error like this

    ACTUAL STORE VISITED LONGITUDE SUBMITTED LATITUDE SUBMITTED STORE CODE SUBMITTED
    A 106.8952772 -6.3331627 B
    B 106.8958111 -6.333055556 C
    C 106.8948111 -6.332861111 A

    I conduct survey to identify outlet geolocation in field. After submitted, the location are wrong, it swap in outlet store location like table above.


    I visit outlet A with LatLong above, but when I check in Google Maps, the LatLong belongs to outlet B, I know because I visit the location.


    How could this happen? What should I do?

    It does not happen to all submission, but it happen a lot.

    Thank you for the added information about the issue.

    I tested the form and my location is not also correct. Could you please try updating your Google Maps API Key?

    After that, if the issue still persists, please try enabling the "Allow Manual Entry" option.
