Account blocked despite having paid.

    Hi all,

    Our account has been blocked and we have just received some messages requesting actions in terms of payment.

    Last week we were requested to check payment as it seemed to be some issue with the credit card number. This was solved and the payment was done, but you still consider us as 'free' users.

    You can see the screenshot of the payment notice provided by you. We kindly request you to review this and provide the solution asap, as we are in the middle of a campaign and this is really disturbing our plans.
