Free account but I'm still being charged

    Hello,

    It says in my account settings that my account type is FREE, but I'm still being charged for the bronze package...

    I was charged again just today.. Could you please cancel the package completely and refund today's payment?

    I don't see any recent charges related to your account.

    Do you have any other related information that you could provide?

    Ok, thank you. You have another account, username: vladexo, which has the plan active and it wasn't canceled. Your account vladthebest is on Free subscription.

    I canceled and refunded your last charge.

    Ahh, I thought it might be that other account. But I received the email notification to vladbhw@gmail.com and I have this email listed under vladthebest.

    Anyway, thanks so much for your help!!
