Why are ads populating on these forms?

Hello,

I have three forms populating with Jotform ads at the bottom of them, just wondering why that is happening? We have an account that should prevent these ads from showing and this is the second time it has happened. Can you please remove the ads and advice as to why this happens for some forms?

upon checking your account, it shows you are under a FREE Plan. This means forms will show the JotForm branding. 

However, I do see the other account under the username KickUp, and it is under a Gold Subscription. I have now cleared your form'd cache and the branding should not appear again. 

It looks like this happened due to the cache not being cleared on your forms for some time. Please follow the guide below to clear form cache in the future.
