My form is not loading

    Já troquei de navegador, testei em vários celulares e computadores mas ainda não carrega nenhuma informação na pagina.

    I was able to replicate your issue at first. I then went ahead and reset your Custom URL which seems to fix the issue since I am already able to see your form.

    Can you please confirm if it is already loading fine on your end?

    I recently ran into the same problem.  I had to reset and redo my custom url's so my staff could access their forms.  Why are the custom URLs not stable and reliable?  What causes them to need to be reset?  How do I know the next time they become unstable and I must reset them again?

    If we have to reset and reconfigure our custom urls at odd and unplanned intervals, it is going to cause quite a problem.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with Card Forms that have Save and Continue Later option enabled which caused the behaviour.

    Our developers have confirmed that they have already fixed it and should no longer be a problem.
