How can I get rid of the Security Caution form that is still blocking my New Submissions?

    I am still getting a Security Caution notice everytime I get a New Submission.  I have to click on it 8-10 times before it goes away.  Why is this happening?  I have attached a copy of the form I made with my cell which is the only way I can get a copy of it.  Please get this problem corrected.  I do not know what my customers may be receiving on their end.

    Can you please try reposting the image again or send the image direct link as we were unable to see the screenshot you have attached.

    New response receivedThe image will not let me open a link to it. I can send it as an attachment if you have a direct e-mail address. I am not computer literate. Sorry, Larry

    Hi there,

    You can use this tool in order to upload your image.

    Once you upload the image , simply paste the URL on  your next post and we'll be able to open it.

    BTW, I tried your stand alone form and submitted a test (with my name only) and it gave me no errors on my side.

    Are you embedding the form anywhere?

    New response receivedEd, I do not understand this and how to use it to capture the Security Alert screen. I received both of your New Submissions. The one will your name on it, Ed Mendez, was blocked by the Security Alert screen and it would only go away after I clicked Yes ten times. The New Submission with test test test came through unblocked. This only started happening a few months ago and I have made no changes to my system. Can you not give me an e-mail address where I can send you an attached picture of the screen I took with my cell? I am not a computer person and do not understand what is happening and how to fix it. I may have to go to another form system if it continues. Larry R. Smith
