submission limitsAsked by Deanneasta on April 01, 2013 at 11:45 AM
I am slightly confused - I have a free account - I know that I can have up to 100 submissions, 10 secure sumissions and 10 pay submissions. But can you have all three - for instance if I already have, say, ten secure sumbissions in a month, could I go on to have more non-secure submissions up to 100, in the month or have I used up all my allowance by having all ten secure submissions?
Could I, for instance have eight secure sumbissions and 15 non-secure ones in the same month?
Yes free accounts are entitled to receive both 10 secured and 100 non-secured submission every month. Please note that if you reach either 100 nonsecure or 10 secure submission limit, your account will automatically get disabled.
Should you have any questions feel free to contact us.
You have just contradicted yourself all in one reply!!! If I reach 10 secure submissions in one month, can I still have more submissions (in that same month) as long as they are non secure?
If my account is automatically disabled as soon as I reach 10 secure submissions, I can hardly go on to receive the non secure ones.... So which is it?
" If I reach 10 secure submissions in one month, can I still have more submissions (in that same month) as long as they are non secure?"
No, if you reach the limit of SSL submissions (10), all your forms will become un-available until the begining of next month.
So, your account will be de-activated as soon as you reach one of the limits. SSLs, Payments, Space or regular submissions.
I hope that helps!
