Unable to download the file uploads through notification email.

    Hi I have set up a form below and when our customer uses it, we get the notification email but when we go to download the file from the email we get the 404 response?

    Can you advise as to why this happens and how we can fix?

    Please go to your account settings page and un-tick the Required log-in to view uploaded files option. Or you can also make sure that you logged into your account before downloading the attachments.
