Change Credit Card link directs me to a Blank Page

    I logged in to Jotform.com and navigated to Account -> Billing -> Payment Method, but when I click "Change Credit Card" it simply opens a new, but blank tab. 

    Trying to renew our account.

    I tried to click the Change Credit Card and I replicated what you have said. I will escalate this our next level support. You will hear updates here. Thanks

    I just double-checked the problem and it still currently remains. From our end the thread is already assigned to a developer and is currently undergoing investigation. We would like to request a little more patience from you if you wouldn't mind allowing us a little more time for now and we will notify you as soon as we can when it has been fixed.

    Thank you. I just want to make sure our forms are still active and we can renew are subscription before it is up.

    Hello, I just checked and I can see this problem is still occuring on your account. As far as I can tell for right now this issue is assigned and undergoing investigation still so on behalf of our developers I would like request a little bit more time in regards to this problem so we will get back to you as soon as we can and thank you for your patience.

    Hi StElizabeth,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you try clicking on the Premium plan box in Account->Billing. There seems a glitch with the credit card change link of your subscription. Clicking on the Premium box will take you the correct page where you can resubscribe with your new payment info.
