Hello. I have a few questions:
1. my company's IT support cannot provide an API signature. Only User, Partner, Vendor, and Password.
2. does Jotform issue Canadian tax receipts automatically?
3. How do I ensure that funds will flow into our company's Paypal account, and that a notification will be emailed to our company's Paypal manager?
Thanks.

If you do not have PayPal Pro credentials, you may consider using PayPal Standard Integration which is based on PayPal Account name (e.g. PayPal email address).
If you use PayPal Standard, you may set the sales tax rates directly in your PayPal account, and it will be automatically applied on the PayPal Checkout page, please see:
PayPal - Auto-calculate sales tax
Once the PayPal form is being successfully submitted with a payment, the form emails and PayPal emails are being triggered. The form email settings are flexible, for example, you may add multiple email notifications with different email recipients.

Thanks. That sounds simpler. As for my second question, I was asking about Canadian charitable tax receipts, not sales tax.

and, I don't see credit card payment as an option on the simple Paypal form.
