Getting "incomplete values" error upon trying to submit the form.

    Hello, 

    we have a problem with our template "Demande de devis" ...

    when you fill every thing , you sent it, and you receive the follwing message 

    Incomplete Values
    There are incomplete fields in your submission
    Please go back and fix the problem(s)

    I have been testing your form, but I was unable to replicate the same problem, here is a screen-cast about my test:

    I have cleared your forms cache, may you please kindly test again and see if the problem persists?
