Just wondering where the completed forms go to? The email on account? Can I designate a specific email for a form?

We store all submissions. You can see all completed forms in the Submissions page. You can check and follow this guide:

You can also setup e-mail notifications. So, you will get an e-mail with the submission data, every time when the form is completed. In order to create a notification, you can follow this guide:
